  • Will construction of a AAA bike lane be prioritized in the Beach Avenue 2-way traffic plan?

    Meeting Date:

Report to Council on Imagine West End Waterfront Parks, Beaches and Transportation Vision

I think prioritizing the pedestrian and the cycling infrastructure should be the first thing. On the, I want to go back to Pacific Avenue because I gather that, and the maps addressing that infrastructure is a priority in this plan. I don't see, it's not till later, and I'm curious if there's any way to be doing that infrastructure at the same time as we're looking at the beach.
And so again, prioritizing that infrastructure network, which we're trying to do across the region, not just in Vancouver. Could that be done in phase one?

  • Staff to Provide an update on the Bikeway Gap around Clinton Park

    Meeting Date:

Transportation, Public Space and Street Use Update

And so I'll have to find the intersection particular, but I will. It's just when you're taking the designated cycling route, there seems to be a little bit of a gap in the network there, and so I'll send an email separately about that, but I was asked by a number of neighbours about that.
