Without Broadway bike lanes will there 10th Ave bikeway improvements?

Great. I have some bike questions, and I have some bus questions. On cycling, wondering what improvements are underway or planned along the 10th Avenue corridor, knowing it's a heavy carrier and we are not building bike lanes on Broadway?

Okay, and can you say a little too about the capacity for, I know we're seeing a lot more families on electric cargo bikes and using a larger bicycles. I assume that's part of the plan? ...Okay, and space for larger bikes is just what I'm getting at?
