Our regular office hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm. We are closed on statutory holidays, Easter Monday, and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Problems during your ride? Report any cycling safety issues or road hazards to staff in your municipality, using the following contact options. Ask for a follow-up regarding the issue and its resolution, so we can ensure the safety and accessibility of our entire cycling network!

- City of North Vancouver - download the city's CityFix app to report problems
- Coquitlam - Submit a Service Request
