HUB Launches new $10 Annual Membership!

In celebration of Bike to Work Week's 10th Birthday, HUB has launched a new $10 membership level

HUB wants to get more people cycling more often and this new membership levels allows anyone who wants to support better cycling without the membership discounts to make a big impact!

HUB Members give us a seat at the table when it comes to discussions with municipal and provincial governments on cycling improvements across Metro Vancouver. The more members we have, the more legitimacy we have and the stronger our impact!

Our members matter!  With their support we have:

  • Impacted the City of Vancouver's landmark agreement to purchase the CP's Arbutus railway lands, and commitment to develop a 9-km greenway

  • Achieved the construction of double-wide bikeways on the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge, making it far safer and more comfortable to cycle, and to pass other users

  • Influenced the approval of an All Ages and Abilities Cycling Network Plan for the City of North Vancouver

Their voice has also supported the plans to finally get the approval for a Vancouver bike share program, helped fund our safety campaign on dooring prevention and fed into the submission for the Province's Climate Action Plan.  They are also currently, among other projects, giving cyclists a seat at the table on discussions surrounding the George Massey Tunnel replacement plan and the Surrey City Centre plans for cycling infrastructure.

Consider joining HUB or renewing your membership at this or any of our other affordable levels to make cycling better!
