Cadillac Fairview’s Vancouver Properties, comprised of Pacific Centre, Waterfront Centre, and the HSBC Building, are a fleet of buildings that are fully-equipped with amenities for those who use alternate modes of transportation, like cycling. Promoting ease of bike usage and bik accessibility is of high priority to the Vancouver Properties; to accommodate this, each property is equipped a number of tenant amenities.

At all 11 office towers and at both shopping centres (Pacific Centre and Waterfront Centre), there is secure bicycle storage within one block of a tenant’s office building. These storage areas host several bike racks and day-use lockers for storing travel gear. Each property is also serviced by change room facilities, which feature hot-water shower stalls and convenient day-use lockers for tenant use.

For the general public, the Vancouver Properties have several temporary, short-term bike racks located around the exterior of our 11 office towers. These bike racks are available for the use and convenience of bike couriers and visitors to the properties.
