TransLink Announces Funding for Cycling Improvements

TransLink announced cost sharing for some important cycling projects in Metro Vancouver, including:

• $123,100 for the new multi-use pathway on 128 Avenue, from 216 and 224th Street in Maple Ridge
• Coquitlam’s Barnet Highway Bike Project
• King George Boulevard will receive new 1.8m wide bike lanes between 152 Street and 32 Avenue Diversion in South Surrey
• Improvements to cycling infrastructure at the intersection of Burrard Street and Pacific Street in Vancouver
