Metro Vancouver Bike Shops & Bike Delivery Services Open during the COVID-19 Pandemic

It's more important now more than ever to support our local businesses during the COVID-19 outbreak so that they can continue to exist after the pandemic. That's why we've compiled a list of bike shops and businesses offering bike delivery services throughout Metro Vancouver so our community can support local, bike-friendly businesses during this time.

Bike Shops Operating during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Vancouver:
- Our Community Bikes - 2429 Main St.
- Open for spot repairs and bike sales only by appointment. Current hours are Tue - Sat 11am - 6pm. Call during their opening hours or email to book.
- Follow their social platforms to stay up-to-date on their current hours of operation
- Kickstand Bikes - 1187 Parker St.
- Kickstand is currently closed to the public, but is offering emergency repair assistance by appointment. People will not be turned away for lack of funds. Folks need to fill out the request form in order to book an appointment with a volunteer.
- Bike Kitchen - UBC Campus, 6138 Student Union Blvd Room 36
- Currently closed but they are looking for donations so they can continue running in the future.
- Velo Star Cafe - 3195 Heather St.
- Both the cafe and the bike shop remains open.

We know most of you are in your homes isolating like the heroes you are, and we are honored to be visited by you when you are on your rare mental health walks. - Bike Doctor - 137 W Broadway
- They have launched an online storefront and on request will deliver and pickup. For details and a quote please email or call them.
- They are prepared to receive your bike, service and tune it, and have it returned in a timely manner. They are also introducing delivery services for bike repair at this time. Please call or email for details and pricing.
- Landyachtz Bikes - 1146 Union Street
- Offering free to-your-door bike delivery in Vancouver & within the entire Lower Mainland area
- Brick and mortar store is open from 10 am-6 pm daily, and online store is available 24/7
- Bike service can be booked in person, via phone or email
- Dunbar Cycles - 195 W Broadway
- Open for repairs from 11 am - 7 pm Mon-Fri, 10 am - 6 pm Sat, and 10 am - 5 pm Sun
- Sidesaddle - 2496 Victoria Dr.
- Open by appointment. Booking online is the easiest and fastest way. They are prioritizing health workers in the service queue.
- Maintaining regular business hours but are capping the number of customers in the store to allow for social distancing
- Bike Repair Centre - 47 W Broadway
- Bike Repair Shop is limiting the number of people in the shop with a two-person max in shop policy.
- Enroute - 2205 W 1st Ave
- Freedom Bikes - 730 Denman St

- Cycle City - 646 Hornby St
- Bike shop and repairs is open by appointment and first come first serve from 10am-6pm
- Giant Vancouver - 1717 W 4th Ave
- Shop and repairs open via appointment only, please email to arrange.
- Liv Vancouver - 1709 W 4th Ave
- Shop and repairs open via appointment only, please email to arrange.
- Denman Bikes - 2607 Main Street
- Repairs: 10:30 am to 6 pm, incoming and outgoing bikes are sanitized.
- Shop: Open. Oustomers are encouraged to phone first for a sales consultation and to browse / order online, for in-store pick up. Limited customers in store.
- Test rides available by appointment.
- Mighty Riders - 10 E Broadway
- West Point Cycles - Multiple locations (W 10th, Kerrisdale, Main St)
- Each West Point Cycles store is open for service drop off & pick up times listed on our website. Sales by appointment, please email or call.
- All bikes are cleaned and disinfected on arrival in the store, after they have been serviced, and when they are picked up by customers. We are limiting the number of customers in store at a time to allow for physical distancing. Our stores are being cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily.
- West 10th: 3771 West 10th Avenue
- Kerrisdale: 6069 West Boulevard
- Main St: 215 East 2nd Avenue
- Bicycle Sports Pacific - 999 Pacific St
- Westside Sporting Goods - 1855 W 4th Ave 1855
- Open 11-5. They are serving one customer at a time and are sanitizing every bike. Their online store is open as well and they are also doing bike delivery for new bike sales.
- Bicicletta - 233 West Broadway
- Open Monday through Sunday, 10am - 6pm for repairs. They are doing curbside pick-up and offering service appointments.
- Mactalla Cycles - 2626 E Hasting St
- A full service cycle shop. Hours 12-5pm daily. Social distancing protocals in place within the shop.
- Comor Kitsilano - 1787 West 4th Avenue
- Open Wednesday to Sunday from 10AM to 5PM. Strict Safety Measures in place. Appointment booking recommended. Curbside Pickup available.
- MEC - 111 2nd Ave East
- Bike sales and repairs only; Monday-Saturday 12pm - 5pm
- velofix Vancouver - services Richmond and Vancouver
North Vancouver:
- Steed Cycles - 969 Marine Dr
- The repair shop is fully open. Hours have been reduced to facilitate additional cleaning. New hours are Mon-Sat 11 am - 6 pm, and Sun 12 pm - 5 m. Take all repairs through the doors at the back of the shop. All bikes are cleaned and disinfected on arrival before they are worked on.
- Letting customers in one at a time to allow for physical distancing
- North Shore Road Bike - 1191 15th St W
- They are servicing bikes during their regular hours: Mon-Fri 11 am - 7 pm, Sat 11 am - 6 pm, and Sun closed
- Limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one time to comply with social distancing measures
- Providing phone credit card payments and curbside pickup for customers who would prefer not to enter the shop
