28th Annual General Meeting - Sept 20, 2025 | HUB Cycling: Bike Events, Education, Action in Metro Vancouver

Our Annual General Meeting happens once a year, and we invite you to:

Hear from your Board of Directors, an elected body that works on behalf of you and holds us accountable
Ask questions and give feedback on matters impacting the cycling community
Learn about the vision for the upcoming year and hear from our President of the Board and Executive Director
Find out the results of or Board of Director election. If you are a member you will get a ballot to vote for the Board of Directors who set the strategic aims for the organization

You do not need to be a HUB member to attend, but you do need to be a registered member to vote for Board of Director candidates and motions.
