Past participants share their experience

"I was perhaps a little skeptical that a short ride would make much difference to my confidence, however I was wrong, it has made a huge difference and my confidence continues to grow each ride. Since I took the course I have been cycling more often and actually look forward to riding to new places or going out on my bike for pleasure rather than because I have to." - Tracy, Practical City Cycling participant - Read Tracy's full story on our blog.

"I'm starting to commute to school downtown, and I love it…thanks so much for the class. I'm using the knowledge from that class every day." - Annie Dickerson, Ride the Road participant

"I always admired Vancouver’s legions of two-wheeling, healthy lifestylers, but I assumed I could never do what they did. Now bike riding has become part of my life and I love it." - Alana Prochuk, The Globe & Mail
